The coupons work much better now and they added a tipping option. Update 7/9/2024. They do not monitor the online orders very well. Love the convenience of ordering on the app but they regularly miss my order and when I go to pick it up they haven't started it yet. Have waited well over an hour for a delivery because they missed the order. I needed to call to ask where it is and they didn't see it. Probably better off calling in your order.

I love everything about Aj's but my biggest qualm with the app is that, when you press the back button on your device it exits out of the app entirely and you have to restart your order. You have to physically touch the back button within the app to go to the previous screen. My suggestion would be to maybe allow the back button to take you back a screen or you could also maybe have a pop up that says "are you sure you want to exit the app?"

App is mid could use some integrations. Isn't integrated with Google pay and you cannot access the menu via a menu button. I hit home to return to menu and was sent back to "begin new order". Couldn't find how to get back to the menu so didn't order any more items and just checked out.
