Horrible app and horrible service with the actual locations trying to figure out the issue . I selected the location and placed the order in app, got charged $80 for the order and 45 minutes later I called to see what's taking so long as the estimated time was 30 minutes and they only got the order a few minutes before I called. The guy was horribly rude and he let a whole school of children go hungry for lunch as he canceled my order. LOUISIANA AND REVEL LOCATIONS NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

I like the update! I was having trouble placing my order before, but the update seems to have fixed the bug on my phone. My tablet still has issues with the app. I still can't find where to order the double stuffed pizza option (true Chicago style, IMO). More descriptions &/or photos would be helpful.

App is terrible it doesn't come anywhere near the food! These guys has a system in the app as to where if you try to press the back button it kicks you from the app AND YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. This issue persists with anything I had to Re-enter my card information over 5 times just for small mistakes. You all need to do better I would advise a whole new system and then work on cosmetics..
