Difficult. Every time we try to order, this app is difficult. This time, it wouldn't let my husband change the month his credit card expires. I ended up taking over and the same thing happened to me. Frustrating! Finally, I tried again and was ready to give up, when I changed it to a different month, twice, then the expiration month we really wanted and this time it worked! We are also frustrated that we receive no notification of when the pizza is going to be ready.

Food is incredible and that comes first. I would give the pizza a 6 out of 5, but the app needs a little work. Doesnt save cards for future use, and general layout and selection is kind of confusing and takes some training to get used to. Luckily I order from Romeo's basically every day, so I have become familiarized...but it's not the Uber app. That should be the standard.

It's very easy to order and confirmation email is quickly sent however, I can not find a "ready" time in either the app or email. It's not very helpful to order a pizza and then have no idea when to pick it up. So, I either stand and wait or the pizza sits on the rack gettiing cold. Just doesn't make sense. Pizza is great just don't know when it's ready! My local store is very friends and I have had great interactions with them!
