Just spent $300 on these headphones and can connect to my phone but when I open the app it says, unable to pair even though it's paired.. Very very annoying considering I want to/need to use the EQ feature in the app. Using a Samsung Galaxy S26 with the Hypercloud III S wireless.

Immediately useless once you open the app. It prompts you to connect a device, but is completely unwilling to recognize my Cloud 3 S, even though it's already on via Bluetooth. No other functions/troubleshoots are available it seems.

So I recently purchased the HyperX Cloud lll S. I installed the app on my PC and it worked flawlessly. It found my Headset instantly and there were no issues adjusting the EQ ec. I wanted to connect the Headset to my phone aswell so I downloaded this app. Even though my Headset is turned on and even connected to my phone the app just couldn't find it. Theres an option to "pair device", but like I said, its already connected, so why would I need to pair it again? Please fix this issue, Thank you
