This is an annual subscription that auto-renews each year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage and deactivate the renewal in your purchases.

Ratings and reviews

It mostly works, but they promise a lot in their trial and marketing, then you find out what really works for your model. Worst is that they're a really shady company to deal with. They give no warning for impending renewals or price increases, and they make it really, really hard to cancel. For BMW Buy Protools instead, it does a ton more, it's a one time purchase, support is great (and based in the US).

Get a real scanner for nearly the same price more save yourself the headache of dealing with this app. 1 star until the forced updates stop. I'm so sick of trying to troubleshoot a problem and having to waste 10 minutes updating and/or upgrading (if I'm lucky enough to have service, if I don't, I'm SOL) because "your current version is no longer valid". Completely unacceptable for a $60 app. Also does not work without an Internet connection, another absolute no-go for a diagnostic app.

It may be a more or less helpfull device/app, BUT BE AWARE: You can't cancel your order even within minutes of placing it as they make you abandon any right of cancellation during the ordering process! Another thing they hide very well is that your order is NOT A ONE TIME ORDER/PAYMENT, but a yearly standing order. When trying to discuss a refund they try to blackmail you into giving good review by offering a partly refund, but only AFTER leaving a positive feedback.
