Iasy is an invoicing application that allows you to create quotes and invoices in just a few clicks! Save time and increase productivity, whether you are the manager of a small company or a micro-enterprise / self-enterprise, subject to VAT or not, Iasy is designed to help you make quotes and invoices efficiently. , simple, fast and without neglecting the laws in force regarding invoicing.
Iasy is not only limited to creating quotes and invoices, it also allows you to have a library of products/services, a customer base, manage your expenses, and much more. It also offers a dashboard to allow you to keep an eye on your turnover, expenses and VAT collection if your business is subject to VAT.
The application is designed to be synchronized with your different devices: You can start a quote on your smartphone/tablet and finish it on your computer* (Windows, Linux). Which can allow you to create quotes and invoices directly to your customers.
Depending on your activity, the application will offer you features adapted to your sector. If you are, for example, in the construction industry (electrician, plumber, plasterer, mason, tiler, etc.), the application offers you the option of using two addresses: billing address and the site address, but also of directly contacting the VAT certificate in your documents for renovation work at 10%, or 5.5% for work aimed at improving energy performance.
If you are in a micro-enterprise / self-employed person in mixed activity, the application will allow you to distinguish the labor/service provision part from the merchandise part to simplify your turnover declarations to the URSSAF. Depending on your subscription level, you also have an automatically completed recipe book that you can consult and download at any time to help you save even more time when filing your declarations. This will save you from having to enter each invoice manually.

You also have the possibility to put statuses on your quotes and invoices: sent, invoiced, refused, canceled, etc. And if a finalized invoice is not paid after a certain number of days, its status will automatically change to “overdue”.
Although the application already offers a large number of features in its first version, it will be supplemented gradually to better meet your expectations, while remaining simple and intuitive. Because one of the first objectives of Iasy, as its name suggests, is to be easy to use.
The application complies with the anti-VAT fraud law.
