Browse 600+ UK trail centres and natural routes. Search by name, sort by popularity or A-Z, and filter by rider level, trail type, and facilities. Every trail comes with descriptions, photos, videos, directions, and honest reviews from people who've ridden it.

Trail of the Year 2026
The annual iBikeRide community vote is now live in the app. Follow the latest standings from the home screen, read new rider reviews as they land, and cast your own vote for your favourite UK trail. From local hidden gems to established riding destinations, every rating helps shape the leaderboard.

Trail Map
Pinch, pan and zoom to discover trails the way a rider would. Trails cluster at a distance and fan out as you zoom in. Tap any pin to slide up a clean preview card - photo, name, area, and one tap through to the full trail page. The map opens on your patch, with a UK-wide view when location isn't available.

Meet ChatMTB - your AI riding buddy
Tap ChatMTB on any trail, news article or event and ask whatever you need - best lines for your level, parking and facilities, the weather window, what's on this weekend, kit tips. Answers are grounded in the trail or article you're looking at, with linked sources so you can dig deeper.

Save what you love
Tap the heart on any trail, news article or event to save it for later. See an avatar stack of other riders who've saved it too, and find everything you've collected back in your profile.

Record your ride
Hit Record for a private GPX of your ride - or go online while recording to share your live location with friends, great for keeping the group together when the trail splits up. Save it, upload it, or scrub it after.

Your profile, in one place
A tabbed profile pulls together your rides, reviews, photos, check-ins and saved trails. Editing your details is its own clean screen, with a built-in photo viewer for the moments worth keeping.

Deep linking
Tap any ibikeride.com link and the app opens straight to that trail, news article, event, or rider profile.

Dark mode
The app now respects your system appearance settings, switching automatically between light and dark mode.

Notifications
You can receive push notifications for Trail Talk Live - new trail news, updates, and highlights delivered straight to your device. Choose which regions you ride in so you only hear about what's relevant to you, with the option to receive everything nationally. Manage your notification preferences any time from Profile → Settings.

What’s new

• Guides on the home screen: our best riding guides are now one tap away, right above Featured Trails.
• Helpful votes on comments now count. Votes on other riders' comments weren't being saved, and that's fixed.
• Changed your mind? Tap your vote again to remove it, or switch a review from thumbs down to thumbs up.
