The actual most frusturating bank I have ever dealt with. The app regularly does not let me sign in, never keeps me signed in, and the bank requires me to regularly access the app or the card starts declining EVERYTHING. I notified them I would be overseas and they required I access the app to enable my card which it would not let me do. I needed to use a separate phone number to contact them and reset my password. I cant believe I ever trusted these people with my emergency money! Incompetent!

Once I'm logged in, the app works fine. It tells me the info I need to know, minimal issues. The problem is just that, logging in is a hassle. It seems like every time, no matter how frequent I log in, it will make me sign back in. The "remember me" button works for my wife, but has never worked for me. As of late, I have to agree to a new terms and service repeatedly, signing "yes" and "agree" to an identical document each and every time this week.

Great app for the most part! I love that it is quick and easy to review my balances and recent transactions. I love that I can hide accounts if I want to and transferring money between accounts is very simple. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is the sign in with the user name and password, it starts going haywire for some reason! I would also like my credit card account info to update in realtime like my checking account and savings account does.
