I appreciate this app! 🙂 It does everything that it says it does. I'm just glad that I have a way to communicate with my inmate! The only thing is when I'm on the overview page there's a scroll down tab that u push under ur name (what would you like to do). I click it and the second one from the top is add inmate debit account. I click on it and it opens up a new page. On that page it says to pick agency. I click on it and it gives me two options I've click on both of them and nothing happens.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely ridiculous! I paid $11.08 for a 30 minute video call, and this worthless app kept saying connection failed because of network. I tested my network, and my upload speed was 20Mbs. I was never able to connect to my video call with my loved one. ALSO the app pretty much states it's your fault (network) if it won't connect, and they WILL NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS!! PS the call costs $7.50, and ICS mobile charges a $3.00 SERVICE FEE!!

In response to you developer response. You have responded stating that it is only used for the call/video chat but, I think it would be better written more clearly and state that the recordings and taking of pictures only pertains to the video chat happening at/on the date and time of that call/video chat only. The verbage you use is very misleading, vague and unclear. It doesn't match the response you had provided. Thank you for your response.

We do not take pictures or record audio outside the visitation. The permissions the app requires to function are only used to allow for video chat during the call and not anywhere else.
