To bad. Really though it would let me save articles for offline reading on my Android Go smartphone. but it don't work, whether in List or Archives. Tells me I must be connected to the internet. Even opened up Pocket app to read part of the article there when I was online. the moment I went offline. The could not see anything under list, almost like it was save online instead of offline despite the default settings. This app is not a true offline webpage saver for offline reading.

I'm sorry to hear that Pocket is not displaying the articles offline, Faadiel! This is not the experience we want you to have. We’d be glad to look into this. Please email us at support+review@getpocket.com with example links to test. Hope to hear from you soon! - Bryan

Useful and convenient app! I just miss the feature to open links in your default browser, e.g. "open in chrome". Sometimes I want to go back to the original article as it was online, but alas, that feature doesn't exist anymore. There is a "web view" option, but it uses an in-app browser, which is not ideal.

The basic version doesn't allow for full-text search, so what's the point of adding hundreds of articles to an app that you cannot search through completely? I had to upgrade to the premium account, but even with that, I still can't search saved Chinese materials in full-text; only Chinese subjects are searchable. For English articles, most are searchable in full-text, while some are not. It's like an information black hole.
