App was pretty good until recently with the bill paying part. The company processing payment couldn't complete the transaction but didn't return my money to my account or notify me that there was a problem. Then wouldn't let me do anything else until I verified some info. Causing me to have a late payment.

Really dislike this app. We were bought by Old National and things didn't convert well. Lost all my transfers and some accounts. Setting up new stuff is a nightmare as even transfers are ridiculously cryptic and change on the fly. I have worked many years in a bank and now do bank software development so I really get it but feel sorry for others who might not be a techy. You can't even send a message for help and can only call. AND they only give 30 days of history. Can't function like this!

For the past week it will not let me log in. it says it's timed out the moment I actually get into the accounts. I've cleared my cache, I've deleted and re-downloaded 20 times. Turned my phone off and on. it happened after the system went down on Friday and now I've lost access to the app update: 6 months later and it still doesn't work. It says there is a bug right on the app when it tries to open. Noone is helping
