it's easy enough but it never seems to be punctual with my transactions. it's always delayed by a day or two. I keep checking to make sure it doesn't need an update because when I get paid and pay some bills and check my balance and the bill isn't even pending or posted within 24 hours... it gets annoying. plus with the chance of getting an over draft fee. it's a tedious line. I wish it was better than just it's layout. like it has a job that it only partially does.

I went to deposit a check, and had to retake the picture twice, despite not seeing anything wrong with it. Then when I finally got it ready for deposit your app said it was unavailable and of course it told me I had to sign in again and redo the pictures. They also sent us fully activated charge cards in the mail......if they had been stolen, I wouldn't even have been able to prevent false charges.

Now says "We need to confirm your identity" and they says text or call and with either option it texts or calls immediately, but then says to go back to app and you can continue, but it does not continue, it just sits on that screen says we are calling you. And when you hit the back button it says "we need you to keep going so you don't loose progress". I can't log in to my account.
