Ratings and reviews

This app does well in most departments. Managing accounts, paying bills, even changing the pin on your debit card works well. The ONLY issue I have is depositing checks. Sometimes when you try to take a picture, it will just log you out for no reason and it will do this over and over until it randomly decides to actually take the picture and let you continue. I've also had issues with detecting the signature endorsement on the back. 3 stars because depositing checks is mostly what I use it for.

Used to work great for me. For the past few months I keep getting the error message- sorry can't display. Apparently, so have many others. Like some of the others mentioned, I also have an Android galaxy 9, so I guess even though it claims to be compatible, it's not. Now I'll have to take time off work to deposit my checks bc their website doesn't have a mobile deposit option.

Extremely difficult to deposit checks. The first side of the check is normally ok but ive always had issues with the back of the check telling me its a different size than the front. I thought it might be a camera height issue so i even tried my little phone tripod and its still not working. Took me 10 minutes to deposit my last check. Checks and other deposits take at least 2 days longer to post. I originally rated this app at 3 stars but keep downgrading because they don't fix the bugs.
