My experience with this bank has been very disappointing. CliQ transfers do not always arrive, which has caused me many problems, financial losses, and embarrassing situations with other people due to delayed or missing transfers. Unfortunately, I no longer trust the service, so I withdrew all my money from the bank.

The recent update appears to have introduced significant problems, and my overall experience has become much worse than before. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue and restoring access to my account as soon as possible.

Card applications are blocked because the ID upload feature does not work. Complaints go completely unanswered. Submitting a request via the app or web results in zero confirmation or follow-up.
