nice experience, you've come so far, but I wish if you could add an online order history, where we can see, manage and track our online orders . I'm surprised you don't have such feature.

IKEA shows little respect for customers' time or schedules. You repeatedly change delivery dates and each time promise, "Your shipment will arrive today," yet it never does. Companies like Temu compensate customers for delays because they value their time. IKEA offers only repeated apologies while continuing to waste customers' time. The most surprising part is that, as I write this review, my order still has not been delivered despite multiple broken promises.

Do not purchase anything through the application... It took 7 attempts before I was able to complete the purchase and after sales customer service is abysmal... Despite several complaints to the call center and website they have done nothing to even try to fix it... I hate IKEA Oman
