Ratings and reviews

The app is disappointing. No categories at all and the biggest issue is that it signs you out after a while and all attempts to log in would failed even when you try "forget passowrd" nothing would be sent to e-mail. I had to register with a different e-mail opened a new account but the same thing happened and I see ppl complaining about delayed or unrecieved online orders. I think I'll pass no online purchase for now

Do not purchase anything through the application... It took 7 attempts before I was able to complete the purchase and after sales customer service is abysmal... Despite several complaints to the call center and website they have done nothing to even try to fix it... I hate IKEA Oman

While the app is now working relatively okay, the prices are more expensive than IKEA UAE. Some items by 10 omr or more. This isn't fair to consumers in Oman since we no longer have the option to purchase from IKEA-UAE .
