Works well for Shinebot, but latest update (Sept 2023) made it so I can't see the old maps in my cleaning history. You also can't see square footage in cleaning history anymore. Kind of a bummer to take things away when functionality is limited to begin with. (A way to monitor how much solution/water is left in the clean tank would be nice.) Edited to add - oh, and it automatically changed my water and brush settings to 50% and 0%, so that was nice to see after it had already done a room. 🙄

Overall it's not bad! But the app could be better! I still love my iLife robot! I think it's functionality is fine, would love more options but it's good. The biggest problem is that it can be very slow to respond. It also complains too much at times when doing certain things. Getting it connected also tends to be a pain sometimes. Love the robots still though!

Worked fine for a couple of months. And now after a power outage, my robot wouldn't connect to the wifi. I deleted the app and my account to try reconnecting again, and everytime I try to add a new robot it stops at 90% and times out ( it looks like everyone has this problem). Support was no help at all, and I bought this specific one because of the app features.
