Car wash is great but the app is shocking. you prepay for a wash and it takes up to an hour to show up in the wallet. can't imagine many of us are sat at home thinking we should stock up ready for a few weeks time. FAQs on the website put the blame on internet only, no acceptance of this being an issue at their end for the last few years. I wish the email receipt would have a qr code as you can't rely on the app

App doesn't work. Tried to book single and multi washes but it gets stuck on the terms and conditions, prices didn't appear to be any better on the app, offered a couple of vouchers for a whopping £1 off for a location i don't use and didn't sign up for. Doesn't really matter if you can't book one. Use the AA app instead. 50% discount that actually works, or just go somewhere else.

The car washes are great, but the app is absolutely useless. It is not user friendly or intuitive at all. The QR to link to the rewards card is extremely difficult to find - I've just given up on many occasions. If you purchase a car wash on the app, even after order confirmation, it doesn't show up on the app for ages, so if you want to buy a car wash whilst waiting in the queue (no matter how long the queue is) just forget it - the app won't load your purchase before you get to the front.
