USELESS! I have tried numerous times to sign up and I cannot get verified no matter what I do! so I am unable to use it at all! I have reached out multiple times to customer support for helpwithout a single reply!

The worst part is entering patients to create a profile. Rarely can I get past the address. They use Google google to look up locations, but it bounces to the phone number after you enter the first digit. I gave up on making this work. It's faster to call it in.

I think this app is just to steal your information. I've tried to prescribe to CVS, Kaiser, and other pharmacies and they never receive the order when I call to confirm. Also, prescribing topicals/liquids is a pain. It only allows you to prescribe the quantity and not the size (ml, L, gm) which I'm sure is confusing to the pharmacy. I'll change the rating if ever it starts working properly.
