it was working okay for a free app. now I am unable to complete a prescription without it closing out. I have already cleared the cache, uninstalled reinstalled and it says it has a bug and needs to be updated by the company.

Requires an NPI number. I'm a veterinarian and we don't get those. I have a DEA number and a state license number and a state controlled substances license, but still can't use this app. Fix this.
