the worst experience possible. while everything is digital with stupid bots; there is no way to chat nor call customer service. Even if you try to contact etisalat they ask you to contact swyp for more details. how to contact swyp... absolutely no way!! i have spent the last 3 hrs going trough every mean to get in touch and the only mean of support is for you to access FAQ!! if you are thinking of joining swyp, don't. du or etisalat provide same perks now and swyp is no longer worth it.

this is the most pathetic app, even the Etisalat service there is no way you can connect with customer care they just throw you one place to another place..there is no way i can connect with support team as its mentioned to chat but there is no option of chat or call i have been wrongfully charge for 24 AED and i have no where to even report. most pathetic experience.
