I've only ever used this service on mobile... whether it be the app or the 'mobile view' of the website, and honestly I don't find it all that helpful. I get alerts saying 'we found new activity/accounts', and then when I log in to take a look, those alerts don't bother telling me which accounts were new, they just show me that globe view they're so proud of (pretty, but absolutely worthless). Changing over to list view again doesn't tell me what's new, just lists all sites in alphabetical order

Seriously? When setting up the app, they sent a code, I entered it in, all good. Password changed. Now had to re-login with new password, they sent a new code. They don't recognize the code. hmm. This time I had them email it instead of text. Still not recognized. I no longer help companies solve there bugs. I simply withdraw from the service.

This app has many great functions such as credit score, checking credit cards for usage and being able to lock TransUnion credit. I get notifications when there is new account activity. I wish the notifications would provide the name of the new account or business because it's hard to tell what's new by looking at the globe or the lists. Otherwise, very happy with this app.
