Basically trash. This app is very bad. Half of the functionality in the app is just opening a webpage in your browser. For example, if you check in and do not save the boarding pass (either download or add to digital wallet), that functionality disappears and you have to manually go to their webpage to retrieve it. The app does not show your boarding pass, unlike other airline apps. The app also has a lot of full screen self-promotion, and regularly asks if you are enjoying the app.

i find the app infuriating. Took me about 4 tries to book a flight. the whole hardsell is frustrating. when you finally get to the booking details, Jetstar suddenly doesn't know you anymore, and tells you to sign in. after you have done that, you have to start from the beginning again. Then I tried to pay by poli (no fees). after looking up the username, again the app reset to the beginning of the search. š” I would gladly pay hundreds of dollars more, if the competitors flew a more direct route

Entered credit card, accepted the terms, then nothing. Did it twice. Nothing. Then used my PC and did the booking for a 3rd time. DO NOT CHARGE ME THREE TIMES FOR THIS BOOKING. I called, was on hold for 30 minutes, spoke for 10 minutes, then Jetstar hung up on me because they couldn't confirm that I won't be charged 3 times. So I'll use Virgin next time.
