The app did not work for me. The payment page does not load. When it did, the app denied multiple times Visa credit cards. There was no reported decline or activity from the bank issuing the cards. When asked to rebook, the air fare kept changing everytime the rebook was attempted but no longer loaded the payment page. Finally, I had to go to a travel agent for a Manila-BCD round trip ticket. The plane was horrible, seats do not recline and Plus do not have enough leg room. Horrible experience!

The app will stop working when you need it the most. It keeps saying "Sorry we couldn't load the page." Reinstalling sometimes doesn't work. Also, you have to log in twice to check in for your flight. Once in the app to find your flight and when you try to check in, it directs you out of the app and to their website where you have to log in again, which makes this app useless. It's much better to go through their website, if it's also working correctly that is.

App keeps telling me I need to login through browser. When it opens new browser and I type in my login details, it tells me to loginto new app. And therefore I keep typing in my login details in circles and getting nowhere. This app is so useless. Same thing when adding Cebu Super Pass, it just tells you that you cannot redeem a CEB Super Pass. This app just has too many flaws, and doesnt work well. Its also not easy to use.
