Been a customer of YS roughly for 20 years, and this is the word experience I've had lately. App is not user centric. You can search for kebab and used to get offered a sushi in return, seems like they ve fixed this yet now you get fruit mix shops or bakerys etc. Can't see the all restaurants list, somebody must have been working really hard to keep this hidden. Taking the app's management to abroad and making these in return feels like a sabotage

The most efficient way of ordering food around TRNC. However, I truly wish they allowed international credit card payment methods online because they only allow local Turkish cards as of now. You can't even use club rewards unless you pay with credit card. I hope it changes in the future. Also needs more work on the English version because there are still a lot of important things that aren't translated, so you have no choice but to search for it yourself. Still a very good app though.

They've gone ahead and absolutely murdered the UI, it's an actual eye strainer. Terrible service, terrible promotions, terrible company. Oh, and if you contact the customer support when a delivery is late, their response will always be "They're out for delivery, so we can't cancel it". Even if it was 2 hours late. Not to mention their "Joker" discounts are absolutely disgusting, always the same 5.6/10 rated restoraunts. Easy to be a robber when you're making millions, I guess.
