Instapay is a financial institution regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia with the latest security protocols including fingerprint and facial recognition to verify your identity. Every financial transaction is authenticated by a transaction PIN – mPIN for app and ATM card PIN for Mastercard.

Asked me to check location settings I did .. check email I did ... update the app did that . Still I can't open the app? What is happening ? Now it's saying this App has A BUG 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I used this account 1 year ago but i face many problems first of all may bank option not show after one month RHB bank option not show and now recently my instapay app not opening please any one guide me and help me 🙏

Hi Mr Muhammad Irfan , Good Morning , We have removed RHB Bank from the Cash Deposit Option as we are facing some technical issues with RHB Bank. Once the issue has been resolved, the option will be activated again. please bare with us while we are resolving this issue on priority. Thank you.

Everything is fine but DuitNow It would be better if there was a gateway, then it would be easier to transact money.
