Instapay is a financial institution regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia with the latest security protocols including fingerprint and facial recognition to verify your identity. Every financial transaction is authenticated by a transaction PIN – mPIN for app and ATM card PIN for Mastercard.

It's so hard to register an account here.. I aslom wonder because usually Philippines phones code starts with +63 but in the apps it's +60 and you cannot change it no matter what... I tried to contact them through WhatsApp but nobody answers my inquiries.. It's very poor and sad experience for me..

as I experience on Instapay! the charge is a bit higher than the other apps . hope they will reduce the charge and it takes time the money send .but I like the apps the agent is responding fast when you have a probs with the apps.

This app is very easy to use and the customer service is also very good. I would also like to thank the agents at instapay ewllet group.🥰
