Very poor service, after many days of registering, its still not activated. I call them few times and they say they will get back to me but eventually nothing. Their agents are extremely incompetence and rude. After so much arguing with them they said some countries are band to open acc with them even though my country is listed in the app and they took my passport photo for verification. Definitely will report them for having my data just like that.

Remittance is fast, but when transferring money to a local bank, it takes 3 days without any notification The balance of InstaPay is deducted but the money does not arrive in the bank. The money disappears. The transfer to a local bank also needs to be instant . i am so worried now i had bank transfer feb 5 and now feb 9 still pending .. from malaysia

Avoid this app at all! Most transactions require unnecessary documentation, personal info, and even personal bank accounts screen recording. Payments take 2-3 days to process, and customer support is unhelpful. Funds stuck, time wasted. Not secure, not efficient. Don't trust them with your money.
