Whenever there is an update, I can't login to the app, the app has already got stuck for nearly 2 weeks. It keep showing "Something went wrong. Please check your internet connection and try again"

Can't login since late of August even I deleted and install the app again but still not working. It always show: 'something went wrong, please check your internet connection and try again' No matter I use 4g and wifi, it still show this msg and can not login
