• Open the App and sign in with existing credentials

If you’re 16 or above and you have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services as well as any of our Debit Cards, click on “Sign Up Here”, and follow the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone you have registered for your account number with us.

If you’ve got a verification, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card OR visit the nearest Bank branch to activate your Online banking profile. Once done, you can start using your Online Banking account immediately.

To do much more, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in with your Online banking credentials.

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

You can only use the app if you’re a sole signatory account holder. You can’t register with your credit cards.

FIDELITY INSTANT BANKING

Fidelity also has an Instant Banking Services (*770#) which you can dial from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alert. The service doesn’t require internet connection.

The login process is terrible and annoying, the page keeps loading for more than 2 minutes then it will show "an error occurred, try again later". in fact, my login experience was not funny for the fast 6 months, it will take me hours trying to login and still not successful. I have reached out to them via email but still no reply. The reason I am even giving 3 stars was because the transfer process was excellent once you login.

The app is great. I have not experienced any issue with it yet. Everything goes smoothly. But I would appreciate if we can use biometric authentication to authorize payments instead of using pin all the time. Since we can use it to login, how about payments? Until I see the update, then I'll complete 5 star rating. Also if we can have dark mode integrated, that will make the aesthetics of the app even better. Thank you in anticipation.

Disappoints you most times when you're in need. Asks you to update App even when there's no update available on the play store. Therefore sometimes, you cant use the App for some hours. There's also bill payment issues even when the App functions well, you can't pay a lot of bills like Remita, etc.
