• Open the App and sign in with existing credentials

If you’re 16 or above and you have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services as well as any of our Debit Cards, click on “Sign Up Here”, and follow the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone you have registered for your account number with us.

If you’ve got a verification, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card OR visit the nearest Bank branch to activate your Online banking profile. Once done, you can start using your Online Banking account immediately.

To do much more, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in with your Online banking credentials.

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

You can only use the app if you’re a sole signatory account holder. You can’t register with your credit cards.

FIDELITY INSTANT BANKING

Fidelity also has an Instant Banking Services (*770#) which you can dial from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alert. The service doesn’t require internet connection.

The login process is terrible and annoying, the page keeps loading for more than 2 minutes then it will show "an error occurred, try again later". in fact, my login experience was not funny for the fast 6 months, it will take me hours trying to login and still not successful. I have reached out to them via email but still no reply. The reason I am even giving 3 stars was because the transfer process was excellent once you login.

Unreliable and stressful to use. The Fidelity app constantly hangs on “retrieving account information” during login and never completes the process. I often have to try many times before I can access my account. What makes this worse is receiving login email alerts when I didn’t even successfully log in. This is misleading and concerning from a security point of view. Banking apps should be stable and reliable. This experience is very disappointing.

I'm very disappointed with the fidelity Bank for putting such a crash app like this. The source account appears blank and you can't even make a transfer. Nothing works either and I can't even found my account Officer info again like what is going on.. It's unacceptable and need to be fix immediately. Then I will write a proper review. Thanks 👍
