• Open the App and sign in with existing credentials

If you’re 16 or above and you have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services as well as any of our Debit Cards, click on “Sign Up Here”, and follow the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone you have registered for your account number with us.

If you’ve got a verification, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card OR visit the nearest Bank branch to activate your Online banking profile. Once done, you can start using your Online Banking account immediately.

To do much more, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in with your Online banking credentials.

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

You can only use the app if you’re a sole signatory account holder. You can’t register with your credit cards.

FIDELITY INSTANT BANKING

Fidelity also has an Instant Banking Services (*770#) which you can dial from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alert. The service doesn’t require internet connection.

I'm connected to the internet enough to post this review but I keep getting an error saying I'm not connected when I'm trying to logging in. What's the glitch from this latest update? Also I'm not sure how I feel about the feature where transactions are sent after entering the PIN and skipping hitting a submit button. There is no room to review a transaction and boom it's gone.

Please get rid of the very annoying and disruptive prompt asking one to turn on notifications. My biometric sensor is not working so I have to type in the password manually. I'm not even interested in receiving notifications so please stop asking. What makes the prompt worse is the interruption while typing in the password and you have to start all over coz you're not even sure at what point you are. So please get rid of it NOW!

I am having a very bad experience with Fidelity bank. My banking app profile has been locked for about 7 days and I have notified the bank through email. I have been waiting for 7 days and counting for the resolution of the issue so I can gain access to my banking app but no help so far. Always getting emails apologising for the delay but doing nothing about it. The customer experience is horrible.
