• Open the App and sign in with existing credentials

If you’re 16 or above and you have your mobile number registered for our SMS alert services as well as any of our Debit Cards, click on “Sign Up Here”, and follow the onscreen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the mobile phone you have registered for your account number with us.

If you’ve got a verification, follow the onscreen steps to register. You will be required to use your Fidelity Debit Card OR visit the nearest Bank branch to activate your Online banking profile. Once done, you can start using your Online Banking account immediately.

To do much more, download the Fidelity Soft Token app on your phone and sign in with your Online banking credentials.

FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS

You can only use the app if you’re a sole signatory account holder. You can’t register with your credit cards.

FIDELITY INSTANT BANKING

Fidelity also has an Instant Banking Services (*770#) which you can dial from any mobile phone linked to your account for SMS alert. The service doesn’t require internet connection.

I'm connected to the internet enough to post this review but I keep getting an error saying I'm not connected when I'm trying to logging in. What's the glitch from this latest update? Also I'm not sure how I feel about the feature where transactions are sent after entering the PIN and skipping hitting a submit button. There is no room to review a transaction and boom it's gone.

The most useless banking app of the planet. I can't even do basic functions. I can't set up my PIN, login is like a snail on sprinting track, OTP takes hours to deliver, I keep receiving error messages each time I try to set up my PIN. This has been on since last year & I am not even the only one affected. Is it that you guys don't care about your digital app. To even think that next update might rectify the problem, but boom everything is thesame & I wonder if there was even an update😡

Good day, I am having difficulty accessing my account. I forgot my password and attempted to log in several times. As a result, my profile has been blocked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts. I was prompted to unlock my profile in order to regain access, but I am currently unable to complete the unlocking process. I kindly request your assistance to help me unlock my profile and restore access to my account as soon as possible. Thank you
