I upgraded to Pixel 9Pro. I was unable to receive the authorization code via SMS. The message that arrived NEVER had the required code. Despite several calls to Italy and speaking to IT and sending them a "screenshot", I was never able to get any help. They do not send a secure email or telephone call(unlike multiple other international banks). 2 wks later I solved the issue with my old phone getting a dynamic logo and capturing it with the new one. NO HELP FROM THEM , and I pay 10 EU/Month!

Dumbest app I've ever seen in my life! The app itself is already extremely slow, but especially when I'm purchasing something from a website like Trenitalia! The payment authorization always fails for like 10 times in a row and I have to start the process from scratch! I don't get a simple notification even if I keep the app open and logged in! I even once had my card blocked for trying too many times! And once I saw a huge negative amount in my account... And so on! A real carcinogen service!

I am trying to open an account in the app, but at the "identification" process, I cannot proceed beyound step 2 as it gives me a "generic error". when I press on "Help", and after that "opening a single-name account" the page that comes up is empty.
