Ratings and reviews

English menu could be developed more, also the important notifications are all in italian and it is not allowed to take screeshot and try to translate. Therefore it is hard to make important decisions when you do not know italian language. Please improve that part.

The worst bank ever! No support for English speakers. No notification when recieving a money transfer, which is very bad. It takes fees for the transfers within the (SEPA), while many other banks don't. The transfers take tooo much time to handle and to be completed, and also tooo much time to appear in the operations list. A refund showed in the operations list after two weeks of sending it by the sender!!! While in other banks, this can be done in the same day. Never try it.

I love this bank, and the App is simple and easy to use even transactions are very secure and fast, and everything is okay,I recommend this bank for everyone
