I upgraded to Pixel 9Pro. I was unable to receive the authorization code via SMS. The message that arrived NEVER had the required code. Despite several calls to Italy and speaking to IT and sending them a "screenshot", I was never able to get any help. They do not send a secure email or telephone call(unlike multiple other international banks). 2 wks later I solved the issue with my old phone getting a dynamic logo and capturing it with the new one. NO HELP FROM THEM , and I pay 10 EU/Month!

Thid app needs improving. It is great and it is secure and it is easy to use. However, it keeps telling me I am offline and to set up an additional layer of security. This is simply not true. I have tried several networks and it is also the only banking app (I use three in total) to tell me I am offline pretty much all the time. If you want me to set up an additional or alternative layer of security, you can ask explicitly for it to be done. Edit: now works perfectly and I am very happy with it!

Dumbest app I've ever seen in my life! The app itself is already extremely slow, but especially when I'm purchasing something from a website like Trenitalia! The payment authorization always fails for like 10 times in a row and I have to start the process from scratch! I don't get a simple notification even if I keep the app open and logged in! I even once had my card blocked for trying too many times! And once I saw a huge negative amount in my account... And so on! A real carcinogen service!

What’s new
