I upgraded to Pixel 9Pro. I was unable to receive the authorization code via SMS. The message that arrived NEVER had the required code. Despite several calls to Italy and speaking to IT and sending them a "screenshot", I was never able to get any help. They do not send a secure email or telephone call(unlike multiple other international banks). 2 wks later I solved the issue with my old phone getting a dynamic logo and capturing it with the new one. NO HELP FROM THEM , and I pay 10 EU/Month!

worked well so far, then all of a sudden it's started closing mid- transactions due to bugs reinstalled a few times,as suggested by customer support, but still experiencing the same issue 1 year of working well - now it won't let me access, keeps asking to adjust date/time to Rome (I live in a different time zone) yet still when I manually do, no access. reinstalled and still won't let me in

app is really buggy when creating account so much that I have a blank screen at some point. there is no way to contact support when a bug arise while you are creating an account. Wanted to become a customer but now besides the fact that I cannot create an account I would not become a customer given the amount of bugs in their app
