Ratings and reviews

Overall useful to have on the go but the biggest drawback is the inability to show item stock availability (how to quote or invoice when I don't know if enough of an item is in stock?). Also cannot use choose custom formats for invoices so those will have until I'm back to the office. Adding salt to the wounds is that the in app feedback button doesn't work either!

The was ok enough to get by, but now it just sucks has continued to get worse month by month. The customers don't fully sync with my books. When I create a customer and invoice, the invoice disappears for several hours, making it impossible to collect a payment from the customer even though it shows a balance. This has made my little quick books payment thing a waste of money even though I really like the device. Quickbooks, you have some work to do to improve. Please stop neglecting the app.

I am editing my review for this app. Thank you for responding to my concerns. I'm still not happy that I've been forced 3 times to the new invoice format and haven't checked to see about changing it the original style I was using. As for the customer signature issue- It feels like it's now hidden and requires additional steps in the new format to get it. Both these issues should have been addressed with my call with customer support, and that is why I'm only giving 3 stars at this time.
