Half the time when we have to do something in the app logging in works but when the security goes off a good portion of the time it doesn't actually show the security issue in the app and we have to grab our remote to disable the phones. other problem we have is when it comes to swapping around devices based on company's merchandising requirements, we have to get brand new sensor for each phone we move and that is very costly to our company. Need a way to reprogram sensors to new pedistals.

I've never had an app lag so much. When you try to arm and disarm it always goes into a loop that you can't get out of unless you force close, then you have to resign and repeat that entire process every single time for every device.

Gives a blank screen every time a device needs to be removed. Then you have to log in all over again. Tedious and frustrating!
