I rented a car from the app for 1 week , however when it was time to return it , they requested me to return on day 7 (early morning) , meaning that I only actually used the car for 6 full days! it's a SCAM , don't use this app

I have rented a car from your company for a month, now I am travelling and I need to return the car. But the sales team refused to refund the balance amount charged. So unfair and unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Attempted to rent a car and received an email that it was not approved. Contacted support and was told it was because I had to change the City within the App which was fair enough even though I received no errors while making the booking through the app. Changed city and made another booking only to get rejected again, reached out to support and this time they said oh it's because you have to change the car and select another one.
