I sought out Invygo for long term transportation. What I received was a third party vehicle that had clearly been in a recent front end wreck, that was in poor shape, a dashboard full of warning lights - engine service, parking brake, oil service - that had not been maintained, that the battery went out almost immediately, that reeked of perfume to cover up smell. A car where the frame was so bent the trunk couldn't open. I haven't had a vehicle in 14 days but am still being charged. Terrible...

There's a lot to say about this service and none of it is good. I'll keep it short, since I WILL run out of space to type. The service requests are insanely difficult to complete. They never contacted me for ANY services and I had to get them done on my own. They charge your card without authorization and you can't take your card out of their system until you close the rental agreement. Less than 1 star. AVOID.

Very bad experience. I paid a car that was showing available in the app and they wanted to changed for a cheaper options. You have to deal with it or cancel the subscription. Waste of time!
