Very disappointing experience with Invygo. I was charged AED 495.40 from my card even though the actual charges shared in the receipt were only AED 280.75 (traffic fine + Salik). When I contacted support, they replied saying the difference “may be due to” additional charges without giving any proper breakdown or proof. I returned the car with full fuel and in proper condition, and I have photos as evidence. Despite deleting my card from the app, they still processed charges on my card.Pathetic

Very bad experience. I paid a car that was showing available in the app and they wanted to changed for a cheaper options. You have to deal with it or cancel the subscription. Waste of time!

There's a lot to say about this service and none of it is good. I'll keep it short, since I WILL run out of space to type. The service requests are insanely difficult to complete. They never contacted me for ANY services and I had to get them done on my own. They charge your card without authorization and you can't take your card out of their system until you close the rental agreement. Less than 1 star. AVOID.
