Reading all the reviews, the same thing happened to me. I extended the drop off time by 2 hrs & the app said 0 dhs to be paid. After dropping off they charge extra for fuel, the amount is questionable. After 2 days I get charged for an extra day. Not to mention the charge was done after I deleted my card details from the app. It has been the worst experience renting a car. Oh & the car's exterior had so many dents.To be safe take a video of the entire car when you recieve it.

Horrible company, rent from literally anywhere else in Dubai if you can. I've used them 4-5 times now and it's always the same story. Their app is glitchy (so they ask you for your documents through multiple channels), they don't respect drop-off or pick-up times, they don't use the information in the application so will call you 3-4 times to ask for the same data, there is no communication between the departments so there is 1000 different numbers and no consistency, and they have hidden fees.

Worst service. My account was blocked without any notice. After calling customer support, I was told it was due to no vehicles being available. The app only showed a blank page with no explanation. Very poor communication and a frustrating experience.
