Ratings and reviews

I like that i can connect with locals to watch my cat but the app has major flaws and glitches. 1, crashes often. 2, have to restart the app every time i send more than 1 message because they all disappear. 3, pictures on profiles rarely load and seem to just disappear. 4, searching a radius yields only a handful of results to view and the layout is awful and hard to navigate. Rover is lightyears ahead of this app. Update: I am dropping my rating to 1 star. No pictures populating anymore.

I tried to use the website and did not have any luck. You must use their app to cancel an appointment, change the time of an appointment, or contact them. I'm pretty good with computers, but I got all tangled up with this app. I guess once you figure ot out, it may be ok. But some of its features, prompts etc were very unclear to me.

Great service, but the app... I love the report cards and videos, ect. My dog adores his walker. Price is reasonable. But the app. Constantly crashes. Whenever my regular walker cancels they just book someone else and I have to spend 20 minutes getting to customer service to cancel. My dog isn't going to let a stranger walk in the house and take him (was finally able to get a permanent fix for this, I think.) You can't cancel a single service in a series without canceling the whole series
