useless without Internet access As soon as this app loses access to the Internet, it fails to locate any of the devices I control with it. That's mostly fine, but what happens when an emergency happens and the Internet goes down? I have power backups and water storage, but all my smart devices suddenly are useless, especially the ones with no physical interface. This is especially annoying since the app can and used to connect via Bluetooth, but if I lose Internet access, it can't find devices

The app is functional but lacks something I think should be commonplace. I wanted to use these newer smart plugs to replace my old wemo plugs but there's one thing I can't reproduce. I can't set it up to automatically turn off the plug after an hour of being on. I used this for certain fans and lamps so that they're not left on all day long. I don't want to schedule hard times for on/off; I just want to have the device power off after a set amount of time - no matter when it powers on.

Update: Finally, someone took accountability for their errors with me. However, I have some mixed feelings about things still. I was asked to edit my reviews after they corrected them. I felt like I was almost paid off to change my opinion. Two packages lost, asked to buy products on Temu for a reimbursement with an Amazon gift card. Rubbed me the wrong way, doesn't appear legit compared to other reimbursement offers...
