Ratings and reviews

Frustrating. They worked ok at first, but then all the automations stopped. Submitted feedback- No reply. After 2 weeks automations finally worked again if I deleted and remade them, but now the wake up/go to sleep fade doesn't really fade at all. It takes about 10 mins to reach full brightness even though it's supposed to take 60 mins. I feel like the people who run this app don't even use it. It shouldn't be this hard to set up a home ecosystem and just have it keep working.

The app works well, but I wish there was an easier way to access/select one of my custom colors. As it is, when I open the app, it requires 6 taps to access "My Colors" and select the one I want. This should be on the landing page after tapping "All Lights," instead of the "Presets" options, which I never use.

Update: Finally, someone took accountability for their errors with me. However, I have some mixed feelings about things still. I was asked to edit my reviews after they corrected them. I felt like I was almost paid off to change my opinion. Two packages lost, asked to buy products on Temu for a reimbursement with an Amazon gift card. Rubbed me the wrong way, doesn't appear legit compared to other reimbursement offers...
