Ratings and reviews

The app is needlessly complicated. biggest issue is the chat/help function. The screen typewriter blocks the text screen so you cannot see what you've written! The lights, however, are excellent! I put them in lightning mode to light up a skeleton I have on my roof for Halloween. Works great as long as they get enough sunlight, which is hit or miss in Northern MN.

The app is functional but lacks something I think should be commonplace. I wanted to use these newer smart plugs to replace my old wemo plugs but there's one thing I can't reproduce. I can't set it up to automatically turn off the plug after an hour of being on. I used this for certain fans and lamps so that they're not left on all day long. I don't want to schedule hard times for on/off; I just want to have the device power off after a set amount of time - no matter when it powers on.

Update: Finally, someone took accountability for their errors with me. However, I have some mixed feelings about things still. I was asked to edit my reviews after they corrected them. I felt like I was almost paid off to change my opinion. Two packages lost, asked to buy products on Temu for a reimbursement with an Amazon gift card. Rubbed me the wrong way, doesn't appear legit compared to other reimbursement offers...
