Product health just does not work. Always says come back later. Even if you clear and delete, reinstall. Maps get corrupted after a few months regularly. End up deleting them and performance comes back for a few months. You can tell when it's time because it smashes into things. Had this for a few years with hope it got better or functional but it's still basic and buggy.

Takes a while to sort the initial setup and get the hoover to learn your room layout but once done it does a good job. Annoyingly the hoover stops hoovering when transiting from room to room which means it misses bits it could be hoovering, I'm sure that's a simple software update and presumably done to conserve battery. Mine also managed to run over some cat poo yesterday which I was disappointed with. I like being able to set no go zones and divide the house into rooms. Overall good

Updated: APPALLINGLY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. iRobot ended up sending me a complete new Roomba Combo j9+ after repeated "Error 1015" with the original unit, which completely prevents mopping, a core feature. The new unit worked for maybe two hours. (I only got to try vacuuming.) It is now completely unable to dock successfully, even though that worked fine at the very start. I'm at my wits' end. iRobot UK/Ireland phone support is now not available all weekend. THREE phone calls today. No fix!
