I really love how they've done this app! I find it to be incredibly cerebral & thoughtful. They're changing how I see smoking & how I choose to disrespect myself. It really makes the user appreciate the huge problem of smoking. I definitely recommend this to anyone contemplating the big "Q" This is a well thought out quitting plan, made for YOUR success & future! Only suggestions: 1. When I open the app to log a cigarette, it opens to home. It should have a settings choice or default to the "log" page. (Most Frequently used). 2. Again, when opening the app to log a cigarette, the ads pop-up & distract me. I've forgot to log multiple cigarettes because I got "sidetracked". I don't mind ads AFTER I do something, not before. I just started this program. It's well thought out excerpts for one thing. I will at times smoke one cigarette over two sittings. There authors of this app might wish to take that into consideration. I think that it's more important HOW OFTEN I smoke than how much. The program States that we're making things worse by using this powerful stimulant to calm ourselves when we're stressed. In point of fact, it's the breathing that goes along with smoking that has the immediate calming effect.

I like this app very much. Unlikely other apps to quit smoking this one gives you the right perspective and really understand your struggle and feelings. It keeps you engaged throughout the whole program, so you don't miss the focus on the final goal which is improve yourself and your life. Thank you very much for that! It'd be nice to have a diary section where to record thoughts (which is needed at the end of the program) and to consult the daily graph instead of see it once at the end of day.
