Ratings and reviews

With the new update you know have to allow precise location all the time. There is no reason for the app to know my location at all times when I'm not using the app, in fact, it does not need my location at all, unless I'm traveling and have some issue, even then location is not required. I should be able to see my flights from my living room without enabling location. A company this intrusive is not good.

This app is horrible i have been trying to upload my documents for almost a month now, the Ask Robin ai feature is another problem it cannot resolve simple matters all it does is give you the same automated response and does not allow you to speak to a live agent unless you are left with 10 days or less to your assignment.

one of the worst app ,i have tried to submit my documents many times but it couldn't submitted 😕 even my medical documents are showing completed in rose portal but in this TMhub app are not showing completed.
