The app is full of bugs. When I try to delete my account it shows “Invalid Method.” And when I attempt to change my mobile number, it says “Number already exists,” even though I’m entering a new number that’s never been used before. Please fix these issues. Users should have control over their accounts and data

The app looks outdated. Important details such as the bus number or contact information were not provided. The confirmation email only contains a PDF copy of the ticket, with no relevant details in the email body itself, which comes across as highly unprofessional. When you cancel the ticket the refund details like when the amount will be credited back to the account are not provided. Considering the amount you charge for the service, I strongly urge you to improve the overall experience.

I recently registered and attempted to book a ticket through your application. However, after completing the payment, the ticket was not booked. This experience has been quite disappointing, as there was no confirmation or update after the transaction. I expected a smoother and more reliable booking process.
