This app is not first class or even second class. 1. to find the year of birth is difficult on this app. enable writing dd/mm/yy. no need to search 2. when we enter the data, the line where we have to enter, gets covered, disappears, we have to type almost blindly. 3. Gpay option, the cheapest and the best option is not shown. so, we have to go for a lengthy card option or net banking and pay some charges. Please suitably improve this app. Try yourself. You will understand the difficulties.

Worst application I have ever used. This app represents how our Maharashtra government is working! Not able to book the ticket. Despite filling all the details it is still asking to fill the details. The app stops working and get closed many times while trying to book the ticket. Not able to book ticket.

I initially rated 5 stars for the smooth booking, but the experience was terrible. The ticket didn’t update the bus/driver no. and the bus never showed up at the pickup point. Customer service was unreachable. Later, my booking was marked as "completed" even though I wasn’t onboarded. Please refund my money. Live tracking and proper support are badly needed.
