Ratings and reviews

It keeps asking for IRCTC account login while booking tickets. Please fix this so that only one login is required, and we can book multiple tickets without logging in again. The payment system here is much better than the original IRCTC app, because on IRCTC the money gets deducted but the ticket is not confirmed (this happened to me twice). With this app, the ticket was booked in just one attempt. I’ll update my review once my concern is resolved.

I travelled by train number 14807 , Jodhpur Dadar - the arrival of which was on Platform number 1 as shown on Ixigo app. We waited at PF 1 at Sabarmati BG station. Just a few minutes before arrival, it was announced that the train would arrive on PF 6. I was traveling with a toddler with 5 pieces of luggage with me, no coolie on the station and no other escalator facilities. It was a nightmare. Please don't rely on Ixigo completely, as even at the last moment the PF status was not updated.
