Ratings and reviews

I was booking a train ticket, I chose the UPI option for payment, and after the payment was made, the app got stuck on the payment screen for a long time. The app doesn't show any booking, neither successful nor failed, but the amount was deducted. I can't even contact customer service because apparently it's an Al, 4 days age this happening, and not credited my booking amount, don't use this app it's very bad experience

Great app, but a few suggestions to make it even better. It would be helpful to display trip dates along with timings (e.g., from 19-11-23 14:23 to 21-11-24 22:10). Currently, I have to manually calculate the duration for trip planning. Additionally, consider removing unnecessary features (bloatware) to enhance the overall user experience.

Bad Experience. While booking through the app, after making the payment, the Ixigo app crashed but the payment was deducted from my Bank Account. I received a message saying Ixigo is trying to verify the payment and not to attempt booking again. But even after waiting for a couple of hours the status is showing Failed Payment. When trying to reach Customer Support, automoted message directs us to use the Chat Thread. But unable to use Chat Thread until confirmation of payment. Please help.
