Bluetooth connection with card reader always takes an embarrassing amount of time if you haven't taken a payment within the last few minutes. Often have to switch the card reader off and on again to make it work (much like you would have done 20 years ago). Now the last update appears to have gotten rid of dark mode which, when you work in a taxi at night, is pretty annoying. May consider switching to another provider soon.

"The easy POS"? I wouldn't know! When trying to sign in to the app, after entering my email address it diverts to the browser-based PayPal sign-in page to enter the password. Since you need to be in the app (not in PayPal) to connect and link the card reader to your phone, I cannot link the reader so that's as far as I've got. Awaiting a reply from support but not a great start. EDIT: I DID follow the relevant setup instructions but as I said, it diverts to the browser, differs from the setup.

You need to sort out the Bluetooth connection issues. My PayPal reader is solid, reliable and always connects pretty much instantly. Both of my iZettle card reader 2's behave exactly the same. I and everyone else wants to turn the reader and open the app and it too connect and work straight away, not have the reader say "welcome!" all the time whilst it decides if it feels like connecting. Until this is sorted, I can't recommend an iZettle reader to anyone.
