Ratings and reviews

I'm not able to open the app; it just flashes open and closes itself. Despite deleting the cache, uninstalling, and reinstalling, the problem is still there. So, I can't open the app, which means I can't use the reader either. I am using the Samsung Z Fold 5. In the meantime, I am using SumUp, so you guys are losing business. Let us know when it's fixed so we can try again.

Bluetooth connection with card reader always takes an embarrassing amount of time if you haven't taken a payment within the last few minutes. Often have to switch the card reader off and on again to make it work (much like you would have done 20 years ago). Now the last update appears to have gotten rid of dark mode which, when you work in a taxi at night, is pretty annoying. May consider switching to another provider soon.

Agree with several reviews on here. Since the latest update (which for god knows what reason removed dark mode), the Bluetooth connection has become awful, taking an embarrassing amount of time to connect if you haven't had a sale for a bit. Used to highly recommend zettle to anyone that asked about the machine, but now considering changing to sumup or square.
