Jack's the food place isnt bad at all, been eating there for years now at various locations but today i had to update the app and now the layout has changed completely, no longer see options for online exclusive deals and store deals; what happened to that? i make most of my orders based off what online ordering deals they have at a given time and now i dont have that option. i really hope im just over looking something 😕

I love the food. I do have a problem with the app. The app claims you can scan 2 receipts every three hours. the problem I have is the 3 hours is more like 24 hours. I eat here sometimes three times a day because it is so close to work. When I get a milkshake after I'm goodnwith the second receipt but come dinner time it does not let me scan those receipts.

the app is okay, I wish it would update the forms of payment it accepted so I don't have to put a card in every time I want to place an order, and I don't want to save my card information to the app. always getting emails from Jack's talking about the deals they have but when I log into my app it always says "no deals at this time" fixing to uninstall it because even when I do have points I can use, I get emails saying that the ones I earned in the last 6 months are about to expire.
