No notification for cancellation of booking, Outlet staff say reservation gets cancelled after 15 minutes. But the thing they should atleast give any notification or call. and another thing is like if we want to call the outlet the call is first redirect to the centralised system and not directly to the outlet which is so frustrating to inform in the emergency

Very disappointing experience. I had booked a slot well in advance and even applied a coupon along with a token payment. However, I received a call from the restaurant saying that all lunch slots for that day were fully booked and they were rescheduling me to 7:30 PM. I asked them to cancel the reservation, but even after a day, the booking still hasn't been canceled. When I called the outlet again, they claimed the booking is confirmed. I had 1044 smiles which i applied during booking of dinner but due to change of plans i had to cancel it. I had cancelled the same in due time, also there was no notification of non- refund during cancellation. I made complaint for the same many a times along with filling of feedback forms 4 times. This was embarrassing as no help has been provide till date. BBQ Nation is looting our hard earned Smiles.
