very Worst Experience in this app. I have tried to book for 1 person. I have added 1 non veg buffet and applied smile points and moved to review page. now I want to apply coupon. option is not showing for applying coupon. money not yet paid, not yet booked. but still option is showing for cancel. what is this option of cancel without even booking ? and if I click cancel option it is showing smile points wont come back.I'm in review cart page. not yet booked. still my smile points deducted.

What kind of coding and programming is this.. I did not even successfully book the reservation... just for trial i clicked and applied smile points, went to payment page and clicked cancel transaction... booking got failed and still smile points got used up...need fixing on this issue

I am uninstalling this App, yesterday I booked a Table of 2:30PM and It showed me the booking. I arrived late at around 3:15PM due to the monsoon season. When I opened my App then there was no Booking showing nor in the Cancelled tab. I asked the management how it happened and they replied after 15 mins the app automatically cancels the booking. This experience was pathetic. It's like then why to have an App. Also, the scanners were not working in the Restaurant.
