Smood is one of the leading home delivery companies in Switzerland. Founded in Geneva in 2012, Smood now operates in the 25 largest cities in Switzerland.
Initially specialising in home meal delivery, Smood quickly expanded into other areas. With a vocation to be the Swiss Army knife of home delivery, Smood now offers thousands of products for delivery across several categories (groceries, florists, wine shops, parapharmacy and beauty, etc.), all in partnership with emblematic local or national brands.
We are committed to an ongoing process of social responsibility. Smood is one of the only companies in the Swiss home delivery sector where all the delivery staff are employed by the company. As such, the teams benefit from working conditions guaranteed by a Collective Labour Agreement, governed by Swiss law. We are proud to lead the way and offer our employees some of the best working conditions in the industry.
As a Swiss technology company, we develop our own platforms, applications and algorithms to give our customers the ability to order the products they want, when they want. Our customer service is available every day and answers our customers in French, German, Italian and English.

The app is mediocre but it works. The main issue is that it does not respect the user's choice to NOT use notifications. It only lets you choose between "yes" (allow notifications) and "ask me later". In other words, "we don't care about what you want". There is no clearer sign that this company doesn't respect its clients. This is made even more obvious when you realize that it uses notifications to spam you about promos and similar stuff you never asked about. Despicable practice. Uninstalled.

Swood NEVER reimbursement the extra charges that they force you to pay when ordering groceries. They say the money will be refunded to your smood wallet but they don't do it. They actually keep the money which is simply THEFT. I have already reported this problem with my last order and they have never reached out to me. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. AT LEAST UBER EAT DOESN'T STEAL MONEY FROM YOU.

The worst delivery service in Switzerland. The app is hard to navigate. The delivery cost is very high. The phone support charges extra, yet there is no live chat. There is no live tracking for the delivery. Beyond the basic services above, the delivery times are also very often very slow. In one past order, there was a wrong item and that was very hard to solve.
