Ratings and reviews

There are quite a few issues with the app: 1. It crashes... a lot. Even uninstalling and reinstalling does not thwart that. 2. The constant server errors - very frustrating. 3. The fact that I cannot change my seat when Jetblue makes a change to my booking. 4. Some things work on the site but not on the app or vice-versa. I like JetBlue, but I cannot with this nonsensical app.

Update: after about a year, I figured out that the app (and website since the app is just a wrapper) isn't fully compatible with Chrome. If I change my default browser to Firefox, the app renders pages perfectly without the endless loops or error messages. Haven't been able to manage reservations for several months now through either the app or website. Apparently it's a common issue with many customers based on all of the complaints online. Customer support was unhelpful with the issue.

I've been traveling with JetBlue more than 15 years & they'll always be my first choice, but this app is trash. It freezes up every time I try to book. If I'm booking more than one person or if make any slight changes, like choosing the next date because it's cheaper, it kicks me out and I have to start all over again. It's quite aggravating.
