Ratings and reviews

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced on an app. The reps know how the system works and are experts at guiding you through troubleshooting, unlike others where they send you through loops and policies without trying to help you solve the problem. It does take a while to get a response, but they're a small company, and thankfully it's within 24hrs and worth the wait. And the coverage is great, especially for the price. Love this app and eSIM system!

Prices are good. But the app is terrible for buying packs. If you're switching out to another app to get payment details, you're going to get sent back to have beginning. The app doesn't even remember how much data you had so that if/when you run out it's confused and makes you log in again. Which of course you can't do. How to buy packs when you don't have internet?!?

I travel all over the world for business, and I have tried so many travel eSIM apps over the years. JetPac is the only one I've ever used which provides full coverage in every country with no service issues and no small print surprises. Their packages provide exactly what they promise and the connection is as good as in my home country. Only in China did I ever have issues connecting from the start, but JetPac's customer service quickly helped me solve the issue. I fully recommend this app!
