Ratings and reviews

This is a great app which enables you to know where you stand with respect to data usage. However, it is a surprise that many recharge plans that appear in the media, are not visible in the app. For example, I have read in media jio announcing an economic recharge plan of Rs 123, with 1gb data and validity of one month. I searched for this plan in the app and it is not available! Not sure whom to blame for this gap between media and ground reality!

Pathetic experience. I got a success message in the app for a recharge but it never showed up in history even though money has been deducted. Customer service agent said they would escalate to backend team, but forcibly disconnected when i asked for a date by when they would get back. I emailed customer service, but never even got a response. IVRS is pretty bad too, when you call complaints number, it starts telling about all sorts of promotions. It took me multiple attempts to reach the agent

The app is well made. I think though there should be an option I think to either allow for marketing of products, or not, based on the users choice. If I know what pack to take, it's better for me to see that pack in blue and not a more expensive one, which I realise is important from a money making point of view for the company. The issue is it makes it more difficult for the user, even though it's a single click on the non-blue tile, which is an optimization that I've not seen being used.
