Hi, I want to pay for the upcoming half marathon event. but after entering all the credit card credentials and submitting the payment request. the system kept showing error and reverted the process. I sent screenshot of the issues to your Instagram page but no one is responding to me even as I am writing this

terrible app. completed virtual run. app crashed so many times that my Samsung suggested to " put it in deep sleep.". unable to manually upload my results. app crashed again. emailed jomrun to upld for me. they replied saying tjey reactivated my "Run" button & asked me go running again!

I have tried to pay multiple times but it always says transaction failed
