This app was advertised to me as an easy, no hassle alternative to buy collectibles from, but it has been the most difficult and lengthy process of anything I've bought ever. I have had to pay extra fees at least 3 times after I placed the order, and the only one that bothered to notify me that I needed to pay was UPS with the customs fee. With ebay I can easily see exactly what I'm paying, and it arrives within the month. I will not be using Jpfans again.

JPFans has made getting anime merch as someone from New Zealand way easier and offers so much variety! The shipping process and how long it takes to arrive really surprised me, they are very fast and efficient. Even without choosing additional care for your package, the boxes are well packed and sealed, it's very assuring that products wont be damaged easily. Of course high shipping fees are to be expected but there are some wonderful discounts you can receive upon signing up to the app :D
