JPFans was super easy to use, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to ship products from overseas. They give you all the information you would ever need including pictures for quality checking. My package did not take too terribly long to arrive, and all of my items (even the box) had no damage to them whatsoever. Highly recommend!!!

Well, for one, this app has insane prices. For figures which, literally go for hundreds anywhere else, are dirt cheap here. And thats amazing. But, the whole "2 payments" thing is flawed. I totally understand it because its a proxy service and they do the payment for you, but, I paid for a 30 dollar figure and the second payment was MORE than what I bought the figure for. its frustrating when shipping on most other products, even internationally, only amounts to a few bucks. But no.

As s kpop multstan & collector, finding good deals on hard to find items is always a win - but this app is PERFECT for us. Easy to use platform, clear communication through every step of the buying/shipping process. the few items I have purchased that had any issues, their team caught it & alerted me with options. Our package was delivered earlier than expected, packed EXTREMELY well, and all items were exactly as I expected. I am already buying items for my next shipment!!!
