There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to figuring out the app, but once I got it using it was easy peasy! There are customer service representatives who are so helpful and made my shopping experience less stressful and were ready to sort out any problems! I really appreciated the free quality check photos, showing photos of the item, its tag, and its size (next to cm markings). Everything arrived beautiful and up to standard!

I primarily used OfferUp and eBay for buying figures, but JPFans completely changed my experience, SO WORTH IT!!. The platform is easy to navigate, with a clean menu, helpful search bar, and useful categories. It has helped me find great deals on figures I’ve been wanting for much lower prices. I highly recommend JPFans to any SHF, Nendoroid, or Mezco collector, as the more you browse, the more deals you’ll find. Also just browsing the different offers and deals is so much fun!

This app was advertised to me as an easy, no hassle alternative to buy collectibles from, but it has been the most difficult and lengthy process of anything I've bought ever. I have had to pay extra fees at least 3 times after I placed the order, and the only one that bothered to notify me that I needed to pay was UPS with the customs fee. With ebay I can easily see exactly what I'm paying, and it arrives within the month. I will not be using Jpfans again.
