I'd like to inform everyone that the total time for an order delivery is 1-2 hour, cause ofcourse the app is from 1950s you'll never get to place an order in 5-10 minutes, your cart will refresh 200 times, sometimes showing no item in cart, sometimes showing everything is out of stock, then the order review page will be presented but lo behold the make payment button won't be functional. Istg they have terrible UI. I've been trying to place an order since 1.5 hours, and now I gotta relogin.

Worst experience ever..After placing an order which was supposed to be delivered within 10-30 mins..They make people wait for 4-5 hours..And then they show one of the items isn't available..I mean you could have shown out of stock while I was placing the order..And also they don't let me cancel the order either..And it happened multiple times..

very very bad experience even in the first attempt. I used to buy from Swiggy Instamart, zepto, blinkit and Bigbasket for the past few years and never faced any issue from all these platforms. a few days before I used to see the ad of jiomart and thought of having it a try and for my bad luck, worst experience i ever had from an online shopping platform. I ordered some products from jiomart on the 16th of July 2025 which should be delivered by the 17th. There are no updates till now.
