This app can be a great app If it didn't turn off, and stop you from watching your cameras every 10 minutes. There is an annoying pop up message that states this video had been playing for more than ten minutes with no one watching, that is not true. You will need to keep tapping continue playing each time it pops up, so annoying. This should not be its a little weird. Updated: It still turns off every 10 min no picture, need to tap to regain picture.

Why is it so slow to load??? It seems with every update, it takes longer to load. It hangs on the splash screen for 10-15 seconds for what purpose? I've used this app since 2021, and have never had issues with the camera functionality. (I have a basic camera system with no ptz or audio). I'd give it a five star rating if it would load instantly like a security camera app should.

Downloaded it, tried to register for an account, and it just keeps saying network anomalies. When I got an email for the activation code it wouldn't work and when I got another email it misspelled activation as "avtivation" which isn't something a bot would do which makes me think they just have some guy(s) who send the activation codes manually or something, which is so weird. Very strange app was setting this up for my mom but it's just really sketchy.
